By booking or staying with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Don’t worry — we keep it simple, clear, and a little fun (because who likes boring fine print?).
If you booked via Airbnb, please note:
Airbnb handles all payment matters. That means any refund, overcharge, or card issue must be settled directly with Airbnb.
Please do not contact us for payment/refund matters — we're just the host, not the money handler 😅
For direct bookings (WhatsApp/website), follow the specific payment instructions we provide.
“No deposit, no drama — but only if you booked through Airbnb.”
We offer zero deposit only for bookings made via Airbnb.com
For direct bookings, we may require a refundable deposit, depending on the stay duration or guest history
Regardless of deposit status, guests are still responsible for any damages, missing items, or major messes.
Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
Late check-out: Just RM 15/hour (subject to availability)
(We know others charge RM 50/hour… but we’re not here to rob your sleep.)
We charge only RM 7–RM 9 — includes fresh linen, blanket, towel, and our cleaner’s smile.
But please don’t leave us with:
🚫 “CSI-level” stains (you know the ones: blood, romantic residue, etc.)
🚭 Cigarette smoke — it lingers forever and brings guest complaints, refunds, and room shutdowns
Let’s keep it cozy (and trauma-free) for the next guest, yeah?
No parties, drugs, or drama
No unauthorized overnight guests
Quiet time: 10 PM – 8 AM
Be neat, be nice, be normal.
🔑 Lost key or access card: RM 150
🧺 Stained linens (bedsheet, towel, blanket, etc.):
If we find stains that can’t be saved (think blood, body fluids, makeup explosions, or mystery sauces), we’ll need to replace the item.
Charges range from RM 15 to RM 60, depending on what got hit.
🚭 Smoke smell or burn marks:
Smoking indoors is a big no-no. If we detect smoke or burn damage, extra cleaning or deodorizing charges will apply. In some cases, we may need to close the room for a few days.
🧽 Excessive mess or rule violations:
If your stay turns into a post-party cleanup scene, we may charge for additional cleaning, furniture repair, or item replacement.
TL;DR: Be kind to the room, and the room (and our cleaners) will be kind to you. 😄
If booked via Airbnb:
All cancellations and refunds go through Airbnb. Please contact them directly.
If booked directly with us:
We'll follow our written refund policy shared before confirmation.
We’re not responsible for:
Accidents, injuries, or lost belongings
Utility interruptions (WiFi, water, power) caused by providers
Emotional damage caused by how cozy our rooms are 💁♂️
We may:
Decline or cancel bookings for safety or rule violations
Assign you a different (equal or better) room if needed
You agree to these rules and promise to be a good human.
